About the position

In the role of Inside Sales Representative, your main tasks will be to receive orders via telephone and web, handle deliveries and complaints, and register orders. You will have the opportunity to work in a communicative role with many different contact points where you can use your ability to switch between different customers and tasks in a structured manner.

The position is a consulting assignment, and if hired, you will be employed by Poolia. Working hours are 08:00-16:30, Monday to Friday, at the office in Norrköping.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education. We consider previous experience in the service industry a merit, but it is not a requirement. Since Mårdskog & Lindkvist is a food wholesaler, we appreciate an interest in food and beverages. If you also have experience working with Jeeves, we see this as a big plus. Furthermore, the position requires fluent Swedish skills in both speech and writing.
